Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Ministrytrail Septic wants ministrytrail.garden to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we think about that. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Our Goal
We aim to make this site usable by as many people as we can. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible sites.
Steps We Aim to Take
To help with access, we try to:
- Use clear headings and a sensible page order
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let visitors move through the site with a keyboard alone
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple words
- Label every form field clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not yet fully meet these standards. Material from outside sources, such as embedded tools, may be beyond our control. We look over the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If something on the site is hard to use, help is still available. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@ministrytrail.garden and we will do our part to assist.
Tell Us What You Found
We welcome your thoughts on how accessible this site is. Email contact@ministrytrail.garden and share:
- The page or feature that gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never finished. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep making things better.
Request a callback
Have a septic or sewer problem? Request a callback to check provider availability, or send a short request and tell us what you are seeing at home.
